**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR ATNS FAEL AND FAUT ON A RATE-BASED, AS-AND-WHEN-REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.** The RFQ seeks a qualified pest-control provider to service ATNS East London (FAEL), FAUT in Mthatha and remote sites on a rate-based, as-needed basis for five years. Target bidders: pest-control service providers with valid Pest Control Operator certification, SAPCA membership, COIDA good standing, and capability to deliver across multiple ATNS sites (as detailed in Volume 1A). Closing date: 27 July 2026, 11:00 CAT. Submissions are online via e-Tender (no email submissions).

#### Requirements
- Minimum two contactable pest-control reference letters (past 5 years), on official letterhead, with scope, dates, and contact details.
- Valid Pest Control Operator Certificate.
- SAPCA Membership Certificate.
- COIDA good standing letter (or registered Mutual Association policy).
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application.
- SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN valid for 60 days from submission.
- Compliance with OH&S and environmental requirements; MSDS for chemicals; trained and certified technicians; proper PPE and site identification.
- Ability to service ATNS FAEL, FAUT and remote sites as listed, including routine inspections, monitoring, treatment, emergency response, and reporting.
