## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks to appoint a service provider to perform safe code and combination change services for the DEEC over a three-year period.** Suitable bidders are security/locksmith providers with experience in high-value diamond storage, onsite safe-code changes, and access-control; must be eligible for Preferential Points and meet CSD/tax/B-BBEE requirements.
