#### Overview
**Procurement of security services for a five-year period at the South African Nursing Council (SANC).** This invitation targets professional security service providers with PSIRA accreditation, capable of staffing the premises and complying with CSD, SARS tax requirements, and BBBEE for Preference Points.

#### Requirements
- Quote strictly according to PSIRA rates (Area 1 & 2) using Total Direct Cost; price adjustments allowed per PSIRA.
- Staffing: as per Annexure A, staffing levels for day and night shifts (7 guards day, 2 night guards, plus supervisors as required).
- Compliance: Tax clearance or SARS SARS PIN; provide TCS PIN or CSD number; ensure CSD registration; no bids from state service personnel.
- Central Supplier Database: register on CSD; provide CSD number and declare accuracy (Section A/B).
- BBBEE: provide BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points.
- Bid documents: complete and submit all standard forms (Invitation to Bid, Bidder’s Disclosure, Preference Points Claim Form, Pricing Schedule in Annexure A, Bid proposal).
- Documentation must show ability to deploy security services to a public office environment and meet 120-day bid validity.
