- Compliance documents: MBD forms (MBD1, MBD3.3, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9), CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status, COIDA, and municipal accounts as applicable.

- Deadline: submissions must be deposited by 02 November 2026 at 12H00 (sealed envelope in tender box, Princess Magogo Building, 39 Victoria Street, Dundee). Late bids are not accepted. 
- Documents to submit: completed MBD forms, CSD/TCS documentation, proof of ASATA/IATA registration, company registration, IDs for owners/directors, COIDA, municipal account, and full pricing schedule (see MBD3.3).
