#### Requirements
- Proof of valid National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and CSD number (MAAA), or alternative where applicable; VAT/TAX status with SARS PIN.
- Accredited Service Development Provider (SDP) status.
- Accreditation by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) to deliver the proposed training.
- Training programme quality assured by MICT SETA (valid letter/certificate).
- Minimum two (2) contactable reference letters for similar work, on client letterhead, dated, signed, with scope.
- B-BBEE compliance (original or sworn affidavit) and related documentation; CK company registration; IDs for directors; certified shares if applicable.
- Compliance with GCC and submission of SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, and SBD6.1 if claiming points); POPIA consent form and full bidder information.
- Ensure capacity to issue attendance certificates and to deliver the specified content.
