**Appointment of a service provider to rent 30 business-grade laptops for six months.** Bidders should be IT/hardware rental providers with experience in configuring, delivering, maintaining, insuring, and data-protecting rented devices (enterprise-grade brands such as Dell, HP, or Lenovo). #### Requirements
- Supply 30 laptops with bags; enterprise-grade hardware (e.g., Dell Latitude, HP ProBook/EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad). Specifications: Intel Core i5 11th Gen+ or AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, 250GB SSD, 14–15.6", webcam/mic, Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth, Windows 11 Pro license, ≥3 USB, HDMI, 6-hour battery, Embedded SIM. 
- Deliver to MICT SETA premises, pre-install OS, install Microsoft 365 if needed, configure security, asset-tagting.
- Provide full maintenance and warranty during rental; replacements within 24–48 hours; hardware repairs at no extra cost; devices insured for the rental period.
- End-of-rental: secure data wiping certification and device collection.
- Support: Tier 2/3, escalation to Microsoft if needed; SLA-driven response/resolution.
- Deliverables: fully configured laptops, delivery/setup report, asset register, fault logging, device replacement commitments, data wipe certificate.
- Duration: six months.
- Evaluation (Stage 1 mandatory): comply with technical specs, supply three reference letters (3+ years in laptop rental), confirm 3-working-day delivery lead time (proof via director-signed letter).
- Evaluation (Stage 2): price and specific goals under 80/20; specific goals include points for historically disadvantaged ownership (10 points), women (5), youth (5). Requires CIPC documents, share certificates, certified director IDs, etc.
