#### Requirements
- Minimum three contactable reference letters for Field Planters work.
- Valid COIDA (Compensation Fund) letter of good standing/Mutual Association.
- Nursery registration with phytosanitary compliance (e.g., PPECB or equivalent).
- Registration under the Plant Improvement Act (Act 11 of 2018).
- Local presence in Gauteng (proof such as municipal account, lease, or MoU).
- SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days; or valid TCS; CSD registration or proof of application.
- B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application.
- Compliance with ATNS general terms and safety/environment standards (SHE, SALI reference).
