#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider for the replacement of cupboards and carpentry work at the Tsitsikamma section of Garden Route National Park for 24 months.** SANParks invites bids from qualified cupboard/carpentry installers (construction/carpentry contractors) with CIDB grading and relevant carpentry experience to deliver manufacture, supply, delivery and installation, with a 24-month scope at Tsitsikamma NP.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration: 1GB; minimum trade evidence (carpentry) and proven capacity.
- Carpenter: NQF Level 4 qualification or recognised trade certificate.
- Minimum three (3) written references for similar cupboard/carpentry installations.
- Occupational Health & Safety documentation (OHS file: plan, policy, risk assessments).
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Proof of Tax Compliance; CSD registration if no PIN.
- B-BBEE: valid verification or sworn affidavit; documentation for preference points.
- Complete and sign mandatory bid documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; pricing schedule; (SBD7) contract forms if successful.
- Local supplier preference: proof required for 200km radius if claiming points (per Table 1 in the RFQ).

#### How to Apply
- Site briefing: compulsory site meeting on 23 July 2026 at 10:00 (Technical Services Stores, Stormsriver Mouth) with 10-minute grace; closes 10:10.
- Closing and submission: 30 July 2026 at 11:00. Email bid responses to tsitsikammarfqs@sanparks.org.
- Documents to submit: official bid response forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), pricing schedule, and SBD7 contract if awarded; include CIDB, tax, CSD proof, references, OHS file, BBBEE documentation.
- Bid validity: 90 days from RFQ closing date.
- Evaluation: two-phase (Functionality > Price/B-BBEE); minimum 65% for functionality; price and B-BBEE followed (80/20 or 90/10 depending on value).
