- Demonstrated relevant experience in hedging policy review for SOE/regulatory environments; IFRS 9 training familiarity.
- Proof of tax compliance (SARS PIN valid 60 days from submission).
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; CIPC documents; shareholder certificates; ID copies of shareholders; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
- Compliance with SARS TCS/PIN requirements; each consortium party to provide separate proof.
- Three-part bid submission via e-Tender (Parcel A: Administrative; Parcel B: Technical; Parcel C: Price & Specific Goals); non‑compliant bids may be disqualified.
