## Summary

#### Overview
**The MICT SETA RFQ seeks an OEM/Original Equipment Manufacturer or an authorized distributor to supply and deliver a H7-type humanoid robot and related services.** Bidders must be able to supply, configure, support and train users; include a minimum 12-month warranty; and deliver to MICT SETA Head Office, 19 Richards Drive, Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory accreditation: bidder must be an OEM/OSM or authorized distributor with proof from the product owner; if via distributor, two letters are required (OEM/OSM authorizing distributor and distributor authorizing reseller).  
- Compliance with specifications: bidder must state comply/not comply for each requirement and provide a Bidder’s Statement of Compliance (Figure 1 reference).  
- Technical specs: full humanoid structure (head, torso, two arms, two legs), height 1.2–1.5 m, weight 30–55 kg, bipedal mobility, 18–25 DOF, 2–4 hour battery life, ROS/Python/C++-friendly SDK, and other listed capabilities (see Annexure A).  
- Warranty and support: minimum 12-month warranty; coverage of hardware, sensors, actuators; include technical support and staff training.  
- Software/dev kit: must provide a full Developer SDK with motion, speech APIs, sensor data access; ROS/ROS2 support and simulation environments.  
- Pricing and returnable documents: complete Pricing Schedule; CSD, tax clearance, SBD forms, director IDs, CIPC, shareholding certificate; Form A.  
- Preference points: eligible for Specific Goals (e.g., 51% historically disadvantaged ownership) with documentary proof required (CIPC, share certificates, director IDs).
