## Summary

#### Overview
**The ATNS RFQ seeks a service provider to supply and deliver cleaning, servicing, and ad-hoc materials to ATNS Bruma Head Office for a period of two years on an as-needed basis.** Bidders should have experience in cleaning services, hygiene equipment rental/maintenance, and cleaning consumables, and meet regulatory and sector certifications (e.g., SARS tax clearance, COIDA, NCCA/BEECA membership, CSD/CIPC registrations).

#### Requirements
- Minimum of three contactable reference letters for cleaning services, hygiene items rental, and cleaning consumables (within past 5 years). 
- Registration with National Contract Cleaners Association (NCCA) or Black Economic Empowerment Cleaning Association (BEECA) with valid certificate. 
- COIDA good standing or registered mutual association. 
- Local Gauteng footprint with proof (municipal account, lease, or MoU).
- SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN valid for 60 days from submission.
- Ability to submit in two parcels; provide SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule and SBD 6.1, plus CSD report, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies of shareholders, and a valid B-BBEE certificate.
- Additional: CSD registration, ID copies, and relevant tender documents as structured in the RFQ.
