## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of décor, sound system, and catering services for the Shova Ufunde bicycle handover event at Tshireleco Secondary School, Kimberley.** Bidders with catering, event décor, and AV/tech capabilities, plus relevant certifications (SARS tax, CSD registration, CIPC/B-BBEE), are invited to respond.

#### Requirements
- Minimum two contactable reference letters for Catering Services (past 7 years).  
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN status (valid for 60 days from submission).  
- Health Certificate (Certificate of Acceptability) from local Municipality.  
- Local footprint in Kimberley (documents such as local lease/bill, or signed local partner MOU).  
- Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) or proof of application.  
- Completion of SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule and SBD 6.1 for preference points; submission of CSD, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, IDs, and B-BBEE documentation as applicable.  
- Acceptance of ATNS general terms and GCC, and confidentiality/POPIA compliance.
