** Procurement of a service provider for the supply and delivery of décor, sound system, and catering services for the Nelson Mandela Day Shova Ufunde Handover Event at Retsamaile Combined School.** ATNS invites bidders in catering, décor, and event production (including stage and AV) with proven local footprint and compliance capabilities (see Bid Document.pdf).

#### Requirements
- Minimum two contactable reference letters in Catering Services, within the last 7 years.  
- Health Certificate (Certificate of Acceptability) for the kitchen or the owning entity.  
- Local footprint in Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality (lease/ownership or approved local partner MOUs).  
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and proof, or proof of application.  
- SARS tax compliance status (PIN valid for 60 days from submission) or equivalent TCS/CSD evidence.  
- Proof of B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).  
- Compliance with SBD documents and registration certificates (CIPC), ID copies of shareholders, and proof of registrations as required in the RFQ (ATNS/Addenda).
