#### Requirements
- Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
- Completed and signed SBD forms: SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, and SBD6.1.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number if no PIN; original SARS tax clearance certificate.
- B-BBEE status: B-BBEE level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
- Verified no current State employee conflict; disclosure if applicable.
- Supplier Declaration Form with supporting documents (bank details, incorporation, BBBEE, turnover, etc.).
- Late bids are not accepted; offers must align with the terms of the contract and GCC.
