- Complete and submit standard bid documents: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), plus CSD, CIPC, ID copies, etc.
