- Evidence of at least 3–5 LED lighting references; detailed CV of a Key Account Person (5 years’ relevant experience) and related qualifications.
- Compliance with SANS, NRCS, electrical regulations; warranties; proper labelling and packaging.
- Price schedule completeness; 80/20 price evaluation; minimum 70/100 functionality threshold.
