## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to supply and support ComWare-based Ethernet switches for three years, with a two-year extension option.** Bidders should be OEM partners/authorized resellers for ComWare-based equipment, able to supply and support, and capable of meeting Sentech’s process (two-envelope bid, admin responsiveness) and requirements (tax, BBBEE, CIDB where applicable).

#### Requirements
- Official partner/agent/reseller of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) (23.1.1).
- Confirm that the offered Ethernet switches run the ComWare network operating system (23.1.2).
- Confirm all equipment offered will be supported for a minimum of 5 years from purchase date (23.1.3).
- Provide at least one customer reference for successful implementation (23.1.4).
- Compliance with tax, CIDB (where applicable), PFMA/PPPFA, and anti-corruption rules.
- Acceptance of a two-envelope bid process (technical and financial) and mandatory returnable documents (per List of Returnable Documents).
