- Legal/compliance prerequisites: SARS tax clearance, registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and accreditation with OEMs or professional bodies (Volume 1A).
- Pricing and bid documentation: submit pricing in Volume 1C (separate pricing envelope) and complete SBDs (Invitation to Bid, Pricing Schedule, Bid Disclosure, Preference Forms) (Volume 1A, Volume 1C, Volume 1B).
