#### Overview
**Procurement of a service provider to supply, install, configure, maintain and support a 70 KVA UPS system for 36 months.** Bidders should be OEM/OSM or authorized distributors, with electrical contracting credentials (Electrical Contractor registration, Wireman’s License), SARS tax clearance or PIN, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, and verifiable RSA references for UPS installations. Proposals must include OEM/distributor accreditation, training, warranties, and SLAs.

#### Requirements
- Bidder must be an OEM/OSM or authorized distributor/reseller with proof of accreditation.
- Electrical Contractor registration with the Department of Employment and Labour; installation technician must hold a valid Wireman’s License.
- Certificate of Compliance from DoEL/ECASA/ECB; evidence of installation capability.
- CSD registration; valid Tax Clearance or SARS PIN; separate proof for each joint venture/consortium.
- Attendance at the compulsory briefing session.
- Experience: RSA references for at least 70 KVA UPS installations in the last 5 years (letters on client letterhead, signed, with period and scope).
- Pricing schedule submitted in a separate envelope; detailed as supply, installation/commissioning, and 36-month maintenance.
- Risk management plan, warranty/maintenance plan, training plan, and full documentation package.

#### How to Apply

- Registration: ensure CSD registration and SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS); provide separate proofs for each party if a consortium.
