**Appointment of a service provider for the support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (including related Power Platform, Sage 300 Finance integrations and the NRCS customer portal).** The NRCS seeks ongoing support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and knowledge transfer for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment and its integrations for a 12-month term. Open to ICT service providers with Microsoft Dynamics CE, Power Platform and Sage 300 Finance integration experience; bidders must be registered on CSD, have a SARS Tax Compliance Status (or PIN) and submit the required SBD forms, a pricing schedule and accreditation for Dynamics 365 CE.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with NRCS procurement rules (electronic submission only) and mandatory SBDs (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1).
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Tax Compliance Status (PIN/CSD number).
- Valid vendor accreditation/certification for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE; BBBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Demonstrated capability: CVs with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Sage 300 Finance integration experience; client references.
- Complete and sign the bid document and pricing schedule; return all required documents.
