The NRCS seeks a Sage‑accredited service partner to provide ongoing support, upgrades to the latest vendor-supported Sage versions, security enhancements (Multi‑Factor Authentication) and an Audit Log solution, plus maintenance of Sage 300 Finance and Sage 300 People and related integrations.

#### Requirements
- Current accredited Sage Business Partner authorized to support Sage 300 Finance and Sage 300 People; provide Sage accreditation certificate or partner certificate.
- Proof of accreditation and ability to perform upgrades; relevant vendor certifications (including MFA and Audit Log capabilities as applicable).
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN (TCS) or be able to submit a CSD number; ensure tax/compliance in NRCS records.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number; NRCS minimum verification requirements.
- B-BBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Complete and sign SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1); comply with NRCS procurement rules; electronic submission.
- Not in the service of the state.
