**Procurement of a service provider to test and issue Fire Certificate of Compliance (COC) for ATNS facilities at Rand Airport and Wonderboom Airport, for a 24-month period on an as‑needed basis.** Suitable bidders are those with fire-safety testing, inspection, and COC issuance capabilities (SANS 1475, SABS/SANS compliance), plus required registrations and certifications (CIDB 2SF or higher, SAQCC, COIDA, CSD, etc.). #### Requirements
- CIDB grading 2SF or higher (or proof of application prior to evaluation)
- COIDA (Letter of Good Standing) or registered Mutual Association
- SAQCC registrations for Gas Suppression and Fire Detection technicians
- Proof of Gauteng local footprint (municipality bill, lease, etc)
- Attendance at compulsory briefing/site visits
- SARS Tax Compliance PIN/Tax Clearance; CSD registration or proof of application
- CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, and ID copies for shareholders
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration proof
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)
- POPIA compliance where applicable
