- Administrative/compliance prerequisites: tax compliance status (PIN or CSD), valid CSD registration, up-to-date municipal rates for the bidder and owners, completed MBD forms, and applicable audited financials (for tenders > R10m).
- If bidding as a JV, provide documents for all parties and a JV agreement.
- Attend compulsory briefing session (failure to attend disqualifies).
- Complete pricing schedule in full; avoid correction fluid on price schedule.
- Pricing must align with the 80/20 preference points system, with BB-BEE/EE-related documentation for points.
