- Tax clearance certificate (original) or SARS PIN.
- CSD (Central Supplier Database) registration with proof.
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Identity documents of company directors.
- Company registration documentation.
- Proof of municipal rates/taxes in the name of the company (or approved alternative).
- All documents must be the original tender package; no retyping; no alterations.
