#### Requirements
- Detailed project plan demonstrating experience with Cisco Switching, wireless HA, and deployment methods.
- References from similar high‑speed network backbone projects (client letters on letterhead, <=6 years old).
- Lead Cisco Security Engineer: CCIE Security + 5+ years’ experience.
- Lead Network Engineer (Routing and Switching): CCIE Routing & Switching + 5+ years’ experience.
- Wireless Specialist: Cisco wireless cert (e.g., CCNP Wireless) + 5+ years’ experience.
- Bidder must be a registered wireless survey equipment reseller or have a resource certified in the product to be used.
- Compulsory site inspection of the QCTO site prior to quotation.
