#### Requirements
- Accredited training provider authorized to deliver Occupational Health and Safety training for Working at Heights and Basic Rigging, with valid accreditation certificates from QCTO and/or SETA (e.g., CETA) or DoL or recognized OHS authority (valid at submission).
- Qualified facilitators: for each, proof of accreditation/registration, valid certificates in Working at Heights, Fall Protection, and Basic Rigging, plus CVs showing 3–5 years relevant experience.
- Deliverables: accredited theory + practical training, qualified facilitators, training materials, participant assessments, certificates, attendance registers, and a training report.
- Compliance requirements: registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), SARS tax compliance PIN valid for 60 days, CIPC documentation, shareholder certificates/ID copies as applicable, B-BBEE documentation for preference points.
- Submission structure: two parcels (Administrative & Mandatory; Price & Specific Goals) via e-Submission; include SBD 3.3 pricing and SBD 6.1, plus supporting CSD/CIPC/TCS documentation.
