**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO MIGRATE NRCS SHAREPOINT 2019 WEBSITE TO SHAREPOINT ONLINE AND PROVIDE CONTENT SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE, AND AI CHATBOT INTEGRATION FOR 24 MONTHS.** The NRCS seeks a vendor with SharePoint Online migration, content management, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), analytics, and AI chatbot capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem to deliver a modern, accessible NRCS site with 24/7 maintenance and knowledge transfer to NRCS staff.

#### Requirements
- Complete and sign SBD forms 1, 3.3, 4 and 6.1.
- Provide Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD status; provide TCS PIN or CSD number as applicable.
- Submit BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
- Demonstrate minimum 70% functionality score with 3+ reference letters for SharePoint Online/365 projects.
- Provide CVs for Project/Account Manager (NQF6, 9–10 years) and two IT professionals with NQF6 and Microsoft 365 certificates.
- Comply with confidentiality and NRCS policies; no subcontracting without NRCS written approval.
- Adhere to NRCS GCC, 24-month SLA, go-live, training and handover requirements.
