## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to relocate an air quality monitoring station within 10 km of its Lephalale site, including concrete plinth, mast foundation, fencing and electrical wiring, for SAWS.** Target bidders: construction/engineering firms with CIDB 1GB+ and relevant accreditations, capable of civil works, fencing, and electrical installations at an ambient air quality monitoring site.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading 1GB or higher.  
- Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or TCS status (or equivalent).  
- BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).  
- Compulsory briefing session attendance (date/time per RFQ).  
- Operational premises with necessary infrastructure and relevant accreditation; due diligence site visit planned.  
- Completion of SBD forms (SBD 3.1 pricing, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and adherence to GCC/SCC terms; SLA to be concluded if awarded.
