#### Overview
**Procurement of a service provider to cleanse the NRCS customer address book for twelve (12) months.** The contract targets updating and validating NRCS’s database of ~19,200 customers, including contact details, and delivering a monthly updated dataset with supporting evidence. Suitable bidders have data-cleansing/quality, CRM/database management, and data-verification capabilities, and must comply with POPI and related regulations.

- Deliverables and scope
- Update NRCS customer database (contact person, email, phone, mobile, physical address, operating status); provide an electronic updated dataset each month for 12 months; investigate/address issues within 2 days; complete initial cleanse within 6 months, with 6-month post-implementation update/support; NRCS processes partial payments as security.
- Monthly reports and evidence
  - Monthly database delivery
  - Reports on inactive and active companies with portfolio of evidence
- Qualifications and evaluation (minimum requirements)
  - Team leader CV and team CVs with relevant qualifications
  - CVs for all team members
  - 5 reference letters (5 pts) or fewer as per schedule
  - Detailed methodology showing understanding of scope
  - CVs/experience of project team and team leader
- Compliance and governance
  - Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  - SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number
  - Sign SBD forms 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1; complete bidding documentation checklist
  - IP rights vest in NRCS; POPI compliance; no unauthorized reuse of data
  - Subcontracting requires NRCS CEO consent and relevant BBBEE/subcontractor documents
  - No service without a signed contract; NRCS may award full or partial contract
