## Summary

#### Overview
**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO COLLECT, REFILL AND DELIVER LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG) AND REFRIGERANT GASES FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN STATE THEATRE.** Suitable bidders are those with valid SAQCC Gas Authorized Practitioner (AP) registration, capacity to refill on request, and logistics to deliver to Pretoria (SAST at 320 Pretorius Street).

#### Requirements
- Valid SAQCC Gas Authorized Practitioner (AP) registration/card for gas and refrigeration work.  
- Demonstrated capacity to provide refilling services as required (signed commitment letter).  
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN/TCS, CSD registration (MAAA), and submission of required tax/compliance documents.  
- Sub-contracting limited to 25% of contract value with signed sub-contracting agreement; JV/Consortium must submit lead partner details and a joined B-BBEE certificate or affidavit.  
- Submit SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), POPIA consent, GCC initialed, and all requested company documentation (CIPC, ID copies, B-BBEE, etc.).  

#### How to Apply
- Submission deadline: 16 October 2026 at 11:00; Clarifications by 14 October 2026 at 16:00 (RFQ documents reference: Re-Issue SAST-RFQ-2026-2027-494 Gas Refill.pdf).  
- Submission method: Email bid to RFQ@statetheatre.co.za with RFQ number in the subject.  
- Documents to submit: official bid response using the standard forms (SBDs), CSD/VAT/SARS details, SAQCC AP proof, company registration, IDs, B-BBEE, sub-contracting/joint venture agreements if applicable, POPIA form, and pricing schedule (see attached RFQ).
