**Appointment of a service provider to conduct a Business Environment Index for strategic industrial-economic nodes in Endumeni Local Municipality within the Umzinyathi District Municipality for a period of 9 months.** This is a KwaZulu-Natal EDTEA RFQ targeting economic development/BEI research, data analysis and related professional services; suitable for consultancies with BEI methodology, data collection and municipal-research capabilities, including provision of personnel CVs as per Annexure C. #### Requirements
- Minimum functionality score of 60% to progress in evaluation.
