#### Overview
**The RFQ seeks an appointment of a service provider to conduct a detailed LAN assessment of MICT SETA Head Office, focusing on Wi-Fi stability, coverage and performance.** Eligible bidders are firms with LAN/Wi-Fi assessment expertise, certified network engineers (e.g., CCNA/CCNP or CWNP and other recognised certifications), and proven LAN assessment experience; SA public-sector procurement knowledge is advantageous. Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and hold valid tax clearance.

#### Requirements
- Proven LAN/Wi‑Fi assessment capability and a qualified network engineer with a recognised certification (CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, CWNP, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).  
- Evidence of five years’ LAN assessment experience, with five contactable reference letters from the last five years.  
- Access to qualified engineers and network diagnostic tools (Wi‑Fi spectrum analyzers, packet sniffers, monitoring software).  
- Understanding of South African public sector procurement (advantageous).  
- Deliverables: Inception Report, Comprehensive LAN Assessment Report (executive summary, heat maps, interference analysis, configuration review, performance metrics, cost/timeline, hardware/software upgrade identification), and Findings presentation.  
- Compliance documents: CSD registration, Tax Clearance, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, certified IDs ( directors, ≤6 months), CIPC, Shareholding Certificate, Form A.
