**Appointment of a service provider to conduct a fire safety audit at the Tsitsikamma Section of Garden Route National Park.** SANParks invites bids from registered fire engineering consultancies with proven capability in holistic fire risk assessments and compliance with SA fire safety regulations and related standards.

#### Requirements
- Registered Fire Engineering Consultancy or equivalent; must be registered with professional councils (ECSA or SAIFireE).  
- Proven track record in holistic fire risk assessments; evidence of compliance with SANS codes (notably SANS 10400), OHSA fire provisions, and ISO 45001.  
- Compliance with SANParks and SA procurement requirements: CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or related SARS proof, VAT registration, and completion of compulsory SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1).  
- Specific goals: evidence of local (within 650 km) supplier status for points; supporting documents (municipal rates, lease, or address proof).  
- Minimum functional threshold of 75/100 in SANParks’ evaluation (detailed project plan, team CVs, and references).  
- Project deliverables and governance: GIS mapping, risk overlays, implementation plan, training module, and final presentation.  
- POPIA compliance and ability to commence immediately after PO.
