#### Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in work-study assignments of similar scale.
- Project Lead: NQF Level 8+ in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Design & Development or HR; provide proof.
- Team Lead: ≥5 years’ work-study experience; Paterson grading experience/certification; task analysis, process mapping, stakeholder interviews.
- Three written reference letters (last 5 years) on client letterhead with contact details.
- Fully completed SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 (with B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit), SBD7.2; proof of tax compliance and CSD status; SARS PIN where applicable.
- Compliance with POPIA, Occupational Health and Safety; confidentiality and IP provisions; central supplier database (CSD) registration.
