## Summary

#### Overview
**NFVF seeks a service provider to conduct a one-day workshop for NFVF staff on the planning cycle and initial input into the 2027/28 Annual Performance Plan, finalize the APP, and facilitate a two-day strategic planning session with the NFVF Board/Council and senior management to review the 5-year strategic plan (if necessary).** The work is for strategic planning, with sessions held in Gauteng area; a detailed agenda, reading material, and post-session outputs are expected (see attached document for full scope).

Bidder eligibility targets: management/strategy consultants with proven facilitation of high-level, outcomes-based sessions with executives and board members; must provide facilitator credentials, references, and a clear methodology.

#### Requirements
- Qualifications and experience
- Formal qualifications in Business/Behavioral Sciences/Strategic Management; 7–10+ years’ facilitation, preferably at senior management level; provide CV and at least three references.
- Approach and deliverables
- Demonstrated methodology for structuring sessions, enabling input from all staff, and producing outputs (minutes, actions, final project report).
- Compliance and documentation
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); SARS Tax Clearance Certificate; complete SBD forms (1, 2, 3.3, 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9); provide company profile; certified copies of company registration, B-BBEE certificate; VAT certificate if applicable; identity documents for current shareholders.
- Evaluation framework
- Stage 1 Administrative Compliance; Stage 2 Functionality (minimum 70 points); Stage 3 Price and Specific Goals (80/20 system, with up to 20 specific-goals points).
