#### Overview
**SAFCOL invites a service provider to design, administer, analyse and report on an Employee Engagement, Culture and Values Survey for the SAFCOL Group.** Bidders should have proven South African experience with large-scale employee surveys, culture and values assessments, engagement-driver analysis, and multi-site delivery; capacity to work end-to-end for a roughly six-month assignment and produce actionable, board-ready insights (including a Improvement Plan).

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in large-scale SA employee engagement surveys and culture assessments.
- Ability to conduct driver analysis, benchmarking, qualitative feedback, and deliver comprehensive, actionable reporting.
- Capability to manage online and paper surveys across dispersed sites while ensuring confidentiality and POPIA/data-security compliance.
- Compliance requirements: latest SARS tax clearance, CSD registration, SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE, and ID copies of directors.
- Qualified project leadership and a capable project team; demonstrated governance and project-management capability.
- Deliverables include multiple reports (Board, EXCO, BU/Dept, geographic/site, culture/values) and an Employee Engagement, Culture and Values Improvement Plan.
