## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a service provider to design, administer, analyse and report on an Employee Engagement, Culture and Values Survey for SAFCOL Group.** Bidders should have experience in large-scale employee surveys, organisational development, data analytics and SA-focused compliance (POPIA, confidentiality, SRMB requirements), with relevant HR/psychology/OD qualifications and project-management capability. 

#### Requirements
- National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration. 
- Valid SARS tax clearance. 
- SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs. 
- Sign SBD forms and provide company registration documents. 
- Submit returnable documents: company details, ID copies of directors, VAT if applicable, and evidence of relevant experience (traceable references). 
- Compliance: confidentiality/privacy (POPIA), data security, and ability to administer both electronic and paper surveys across a dispersed workforce. 
- Experience with driver analysis, benchmarking, reporting to Board/EXCO, and development of an action plan.
