## Summary

#### Overview
**The RFQ seeks a service provider to conduct Chlorophytum radula assessments at Woodbush Plantation, Limpopo, for 2026/27.** Suitable bidders are Natural Scientists registered with SACNASP, with demonstrable experience in Environmental/Ecological/Conservation work; must provide relevant certification, tax clearance, and CSD registration, and be able to deliver a final report by March 20, 2027.

#### Requirements
- SACNASP registration for the project manager/leader; relevant qualifications in Environmental/Conservation/Ecological science; CV attached.
- Proof of registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) with supplier number and unique reference; ensure tax status is up to date.
- Latest BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; tax clearance certificate; company registration documents.
- At least one reference letter for similar environmental/conservation work; letters on company letterhead.
- SBD forms completed and signed; SAFCOL supplier code of conduct acknowledgment.
- Local knowledge/experience is advantageous; provision of all materials and equipment; pre-arranged site visits with SAFCOL contacts.
