#### Requirements

- Latest BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; valid Tax Clearance certificate.
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with Supplier and Unique Registration numbers; ensure tax status is up to date.

- Company registration documents, SBD forms completed and signed.
- Evidence of ability to provide required materials/equipment; past experience in similar environmental/ecological projects; pre-arranged access with SHEQ/Plantation Manager.
- Specific goals: 51%+ Black Owned entities qualify for points; provide documentation as required.
