#### Requirements
- Lead consultant: ≥10 years in HRM/Organisational Re-engineering/Industrial Psychology/Corporate Governance; at least 3 investigations in public entities; knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Skills Development Act; experience with King IV.
- Lead consultant: master’s degree in HRM/Organisational Re-engineering/Industrial Psychology/Corporate Governance or equivalent.
- Bidder: proven experience in investigations related to HR/Labour relations/Governance in the public sector; at least three contactable reference letters.
- Documentation: CSD registration, valid tax clearance, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, certified IDs, CIPC documents, shareholding certificate, and Form A (eligibility).
- Specific goals (40 points potential): evidence of ownership by historically disadvantaged persons, women, and/or youth with appropriate supporting documents.
- Pricing: provide a detailed pricing schedule; bid must remain valid for 90 days; delivery address and period specified in the RFQ.
