**Procurement of a service provider to conduct Ledebouria rupestris monitoring at Tweefontein plantation for the 2026/27 period.** This RFQ seeks a SACNASP-registered Natural Scientist or team with biodiversity/conservation monitoring expertise to carry out field surveys, establish permanent markers, produce a final report with methodology, results, and management recommendations (including fire management), and deliver a stakeholder/management presentation. #### Requirements
- Service provider must be registered Natural Scientist with SACNASP; provide SACNASP registration proof.  
- Latest valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; valid tax clearance.  
- Proof of Governments Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; include Supplier Number and Unique Reference.  
- Up-to-date tax status with SARS; comply with tax verification.  
- Evidence of relevant experience: monitoring plants in Environmental/Ecological/Conservation fields; at least one reference letter.  
- Project Manager/Leader: detailed CV, and proof of qualifications in Environmental/Conservation/Ecological sciences.  
- Completion of the RFQ and SBD forms; adherence to SBD4 disclosure requirements.  
- Documentation to show JV/consortium BEE status if applicable.  
- Past five-year monitoring experience and ability to present a final report with GPS data and recommendations.
