**Appointment of a Service Provider to conduct technical assessment and condition audit of two digital display screens.** The Department of Sport, Arts & Culture seeks an on-site ICT/AV specialist to inspect two screens installed in 2023, diagnose faults, assess hardware/software health, and recommend maintenance, upgrades or replacement. This RFQ is for assessment only; a separate process will handle any repairs or replacements. Target bidders are providers with technical diagnostic capabilities, digital signage experience, and production of formal diagnostic reports (on-site inspection, root-cause analysis, and costed interventions). 

#### Requirements
- Conduct on-site inspection of two digital display screens and assess: display panels, internal hardware, control units, software/CM, connectivity, cabling, SIM functionality, and data utilization.
- Identify faults/risks and determine maintenance, repair, upgrades or replacement needs; record observations (videos/photos).
- Deliver a comprehensive diagnostic report, root-cause analysis, identification of contributing factors, recommended interventions (maintenance/repair/replacement/software updates), and an indicative cost estimate; include an on-site walkthrough and evidential documentation.
- Provide a formal presentation of findings with supporting documentation (screenshots, logs, photos, videos).
- Note: No repair or replacement work will be undertaken at this stage; outcomes will inform a subsequent procurement (see Section 5, Procurement Note; attached RFQ docs).
