#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to design and implement an Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) Programme for DTPC, spanning three years.** Dube TradePort Corporation invites qualified Enterprise Development, Business Mentorship, and Training providers to design and implement an ESD programme to enhance targeted SMMEs’ sustainability, competitiveness, and growth. Suitable bidders should have ESD, mentorship, and training experience; priority points include black ownership (≥51%) and being based in KwaZulu-Natal.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Development, Business Mentorship, and Training; ability to design and implement an ESD programme for SMMEs.
- Capacity to deliver over a three-year period and manage monitoring/evaluation.
- Tender will use PPPFA 2022 80/20; 20 preference points: 51% black-owned (10 points) and based in KZN (10 points).
- Ability to meet provider communications, document submission, and briefing requirements (as per attached bid documents).
