**Procurement of decommissioning the existing 3 kVA UPS and supply, install, commission a 20 kVA UPS at Bapsfontein with a five-year maintenance contract.** The project includes electrical/civil works, transition planning, testing, training, and a Certificate of Compliance. Suitable bidders are firms with UPS installation, electrical works, project management, maintenance, and O&M capabilities (including LiFePO4 battery systems and online double-conversion UPS).

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading 1EB or higher (proof; or evidence of application to CIDB, if not yet registered).
- Electrical Registered Person and DoL registration (at least one person).
- COIDA compliance (or registered mutual association).
- SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; include PIN valid for 60 days from submission (or provide CSD number if no TCS PIN).
- Attendance at compulsory briefing session at Bapsfontein Receiver Station.
- OEM authorization if bidding as distributor/reseller (attach OEM authorization letter).
- Warranty of 1 year; four-year maintenance and support contract to follow; senior maintenance terms to cover preventative and corrective maintenance, labour, parts, and SLA commitments.
- Technical: ability to supply LiFePO4 battery banks, 20 kVA UPS, 3-phase 400V input/output, and integration with existing systems (including GSM monitoring).
