#### Overview
**Procurement of Sponsorship Tracking Services for three years.** The SABC seeks a service provider to monitor, verify, and report on sponsorship elements across SABC TV channels and digital platforms, deliver weekly/daily reports and video proof, integrate with audience data, and provide ongoing support and a transition plan to start 1 January 2027. Suitable bidders are providers with sponsorship/broadcast monitoring, cross-platform tracking (TV, digital, OTT/streaming), data delivery and analytics capabilities, and experience in sponsorship verification; must meet CSD, TV license, tax, and BBBEE requirements.

#### Requirements
- Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Valid TV License Statement for the company; all active directors/shareholders must have valid TV licenses
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN
- Original or certified BBBEE certificate (SANAS)
- Certified copies of Company Registration, directors’ certificates, shareholders’ certificates, and IDs
- Demonstrated experience in sponsorship/broadcast tracking; ability to provide time-coded MXF/MP4/MOV clips and audio clips; weekly, daily as needed; and archival storage of 18+ months
- Transition/implementation plan for a 1 Jan 2027 start; ongoing technical support and account management
- Storage and data integrity controls; secure retention of evidence; sufficient capacity for multi-platform monitoring
