**Procurement of a service provider to design, implement and maintain revenue self-service portal systems for a 36-month period.** Bidders should be capable, experienced providers in design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of revenue self-service portals, with the capacity to support ~90,000 customer accounts and ~50 internal users, and to meet tax, company registrations and B-BBEE requirements. #### Requirements
- Minimum company experience: 10+ years in revenue self-service portal projects; two team leaders with 10+ years; four team members with 3+ years; provide CVs and qualifications.
- Technical scope: web and mobile portals; real-time invoicing; interface with Billing SOLAR/SOLA Module; payment allocation and reporting; audit logs; security and daily backups; mobile apps for Android and iOS; capacity for 50 internal users and ~90k customers.
- Compliance: valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN); full CSD registration (full report, not older than 30 days); B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; company and active directors’ municipal rates/taxes; JV/consortium requirements if applicable; no disqualifying affiliations.
- Demonstrations: mandatory demonstration of a Workflow Management System; portal demo link to be provided.
- Pricing: firm, VAT-inclusive pricing; maintenance and license terms; 120-day bid validity; CPI-based escalations after 12 months; adherence to PPR 2022.
