#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to design, implement, and maintain SD-WAN solutions and Wi-Fi services across the Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency’s head office and nature reserves for three years.** Bidders should have SD-WAN design/implementation capability, Wi-Fi deployment, network security, QoS, CCTV/video streaming support, and remote/on-site service capabilities, with appropriate SA registrations and certifications.

#### Requirements
- Registration and compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) and/or TCS certificate; separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia; proof of tax/compliance where applicable.
- Capability and experience: demonstrable SD-WAN design/implementation experience; CVs of project team (degree or IT diploma with relevant years of experience); four or more client references in ASD-WAN/MPLS or equivalent.
- Certifications and partnerships: any SD-WAN partnerships/accreditations; relevant product certifications.
- Technical deliverables: network diagram; QoS configuration; high-availability and failover design; centralized monitoring/dashboard; cybersecurity provisions; public Wi‑Fi voucher system.
- Site coverage and support: ability to service Head Office and multiple nature reserves with on-site and remote support; experience with large public Wi‑Fi/ticketing environments.
- Documentation: fully completed SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), signed bid documents, and all compulsory returnables.
