- Evaluation factors: Phase 1 Administrative (SBD forms, CSD/tax docs, proof of specific-goal claims); Phase 2 Functionality (A: company experience and BR coverage; B: live demonstration via Teams showing translation capabilities); Phase 3 Pricing and Specific Goals under an 80/20 framework (80 price, 20 specific goals); references required (minimum two signed letters).
