#### Overview
**SASSETA seeks a Service Provider to Develop EISA Instruments for the OC: Traffic Officer (406 Credits) for delivery over the appointment period.** The SME will develop eight EISA-ready examination instruments/tools and memorandums for the Traffic Officer qualification, in line with QCTO/QAS Addendum, and engage with QPs and moderators. #### Requirements
- Minimum one completed assignment in developing EISA/FISA instruments or QAS Addendum work, with client reference letters.
- SME must be a subject matter expert with at least 5 years’ experience in training, assessment and moderation within Traffic Law.
- Mandatory ETDP SETA statement of results for related ETD qualifications; SAQA verification for international qualifications (valid within 6 months).
- Must complete SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; provide CSD number; price must be VAT-inclusive.
- Deliver eight (8) EISA-ready examination instruments/tools and memorandums for OC: Traffic Officer (406 credits); two-month development period; moderation/addressing issues raised by Moderator/QCTO/SASSETA.
- Travel/expense rules apply (economy flights, DoT mileage rates, local transport; pre-approval required).
- Confidentiality and POPIA compliance; IP remains SASSETA property; sign confidentiality agreement.
- Functionality threshold: minimum 75% to proceed to 80/20 evaluation; references and SME CV judged for five+ years’ Traffic-Law experience.
