- Ability to deliver under PMBOK-based governance with defined charters, project management, and reporting structures; appointment of PMs and a Project Steering Committee.
- Compliance documents: SBDs (including SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 Disclosures), proof of CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance PIN (or printed TCS certificate), and proof of risk- and authority to contract (proof of authority).
- Bid validity 60 days; price and specific-goal evaluation under PPPFA 2022 (80/20) with specific goals proof (CSD, MVA, Limpopo address, etc.).
